Jason Stanley is a philosophy professor at Yale University. He has done work in epistemology, philosophy of language, and social and political philosophy. He has also written for the New York Times, writing on topics such as silencing, the economic situation in Detroit, and democracy. His new book, "How Propaganda Works", will be released in 2015.
